Khwaja Shamsuddin Azeemi, in his book “Healing with Colour and Light” explains what he believes happens when you drink chromatized water:

Fill up your Sunlight Color bottle with pure, preferably distilled water. Spring water is ok too. Don’t fill it all the way up, leave about an inch. Place in direct sunlight on a nonconductive surface such as wood. Place your Sunlight Color Card on top or under the bottle. Leave the Sunlight Color bottle in the sun for 6 hours. At this point, it is thought that water molecules begin to shift and create hydrospheres. These hydrospheres can be seen in the top portion of your bottle, the portion where you left it empty of water. To see these delicate spheres, do not disturb the bottle but rather just look.
